What is Zone Technique?

THE 6 ZONES

Zone Technique is a powerful healing method developed by Dr. Pete Goldman in 2002. It’s based on teachings from Dr. Thurman Fleet, who introduced a system called Zone Therapy in the 1930s. Dr. Goldman studied and refined this approach to create what we now know as "Zone Technique."

The Basics of Zone Technique

All the cells, tissues, and organs in your body fall into six main systems:

• Glandular

• Eliminative

• Nervous

• Digestive

• Muscular

• Circulatory

Each of these systems is controlled by a specific center in the brain. These brain centers work like control hubs, sending signals that keep everything running properly.

But sometimes—due to stress, illness, or injury—these signals get disrupted. When that happens, the system connected to that brain center stops working at its best, and you may start to feel symptoms like pain, fatigue, poor digestion, hormone disruption, repeated illnesses, allergies, or other health issues.

How Zone Technique Helps

Using Zone Technique, Dr. Behla checks specific points on your head that correlate neurologically to each brain center. This helps her identify which system is out of balance at that time.

Then, using gentle spinal adjustments, she'll stimulate certain points along your spine that correlate to that system. This sends mass signals up the cord to the brain to help “reset” the brain center and restore proper communication between your brain and body.

The goal is to bring your brain and body back into balance, so it can function the way it was designed to—naturally and efficiently. By bringing this balance, symptoms can be eliminated in a holistic way through supporting the body in doing what it was designed to do.
